I became familiar with this Pharmacy when I was ordering compound topical for a dentist several years ago. Their topical was thee best with no side effects to our patients. When we could no longer order it from them due to state regulations, it was a tragic day for us and our patients. Now I’m a personal client with 2 compound RX that I have filled by them. Their attention to detail, the care and time they give educating me on what I’m being prescribed and what’s best for me, is amazing. There is no customer service out there anymore. No one wants to take the time or even care about helping you. Their knowledge on supplements that aide in my health and “wellbeing” is evident. I do not live in Moses Lake and I have to have my RX shipped to me, but it’s so worth it. Thank you Moses Lake Pharmacy and staff!

I was first introduced to Moses Lake Pro Pharm about 7 years ago when I needed a compounded medication. My physician referred me to them as one of the best places to get this kind of service. Not only was I very happy with the first order, I keep going back to them for other compounds and trying new and different things. Their customer service is top notch and I love how they pick up the phone right away and they take a lot of time to explain whatever it is. They are experts at what they do and know a lot about the not so common prescriptions. thanks for all you do! ~Happy Customer

I have used this pharmacy in the past when needing a compounded medication that my normal pharmacy we use could not fill. Forgot to leave a review so I’m leaving one now. Had nothing but a great experience with this pharmacy and would recommend them to anyone that needs a compounded medication. The owners are great people and stand for liberty and have great values.

I just spoke with Janet, a extremely helpful and informative employee at Moses Lake Professional Pharmacy. I normally do not write reviews, but I was extremely impressed with how much time she spent to go over all my questions and explained everything in detail, so I just had to share! I also expressed how shipping and mail delivery in my area can be fairly slow, and she knew of a great, and cost effective option to ensure I receive my prescription quickly. I would definitely recommend using this very professional pharmacy!!!

They were really good and FAST! In 15 minutes they had my compounded prescription done. The pharmacist was busy on the phone when I picked it up, but she gave me a call and we did the consultation over the phone. Can't recommend them enough!

Beth Frommelt helped with some of the conflicting information I was receiving from my GYN ARNP regarding bio identical HRT. She also helped me find a ARNP in my area that appropriately prescribes more appropriate dosages. I really appreciate all the up to date information she provided me with. Thank you Beth ❤️

I’m extremely impressed with how quickly this pharmacy helped get my medication started. I’m picking it up today and plan to update this review afterward with my experience and thoughts on the compound quality. I’ve worked with several compounding pharmacies over the years, and this one has been by far the quickest to accept my prescription. I honestly think if I had called earlier in the day, it might have even been ready same-day. So far, I’m very impressed. The staff has been incredibly friendly, which I truly appreciate. I’m receiving my medication in troche form (tangerine flavor — very cool that they offer so many options!), and the location is much closer for me than having to order from another state. Their pricing is also competitive, and it’s reassuring not to worry about shipping delays. Consistency and quality are really important to me, and everything so far suggests this team is organized and detail-oriented. At this point, I would already feel comfortable recommending them to family. Looking forward to updating once I pick everything up, but so far: great experience. *UPDATE* I would highly recommend sending your and your family members’ prescriptions here. Compared to a big-chain pharmacy I won’t name, this pharmacy compounds excellence. My medication here has felt more consistent than what I previously received from a chain pharmacy, and I appreciate how responsive they’ve been.
